Selecting a date does not save anything. 2) Tap Start OSA for this Date only if there was an actual visit. 3) Carried SKUs open below, already marked On Shelf; change only shelf-gap exceptions. 4) If there was no visit, use No Visit / No Observation. A date can be cleared back to Pending until an OSA submission is made.
